Matt & Jennifer Weston are Novo missionaries currently based in the great city of Memphis, Tennessee. They have a deep love for the city and have situated themselves in one of the urban, core neighborhoods of Memphis, seeking to see the Kingdom of God advanced in their corner of the city.

As the Managing Director of ChurchNEXT, Matt gives strategic and operational leadership to a 17-team Collective of missionaries committed to empowering leaders to mobilize the Church of today and to pioneer the Church of tomorrow. We live in a day of relentless cultural change and a headlong race into a post-Christian era. ChurchNEXT exists to position a new church to reach this emerging world.

As a member of the ChurchNEXT Lead Team and Director of New Staff Onboarding, Jennifer helps give oversight to the process of recruiting, mobilizing, and launching new missionaries. In the life of missionaries, the season of launch and onboarding is especially significant and highly leveraged...chock full of spiritually formative moments and unique challenges. She is passionate about launching new staff well, fully funded and with the wind of God at their backs.
